Our Business Edwards Windsor Pty Ltd was commenced in May 1984 by Andrew Edwards and Robert Windsor. From small beginnings, with a receptionist (who is still with the Company today) and two sales staff, Andrew and Robert set as their goal to provide the best service possible in all aspects of real estate.

The growth of the Company has been substantial with the Company now providing a complete range of services in all aspects of real estate through its trading name Edwards Windsor Real Estate.

As the Company has grown, other shareholders have been brought in to give longevity and stability to staff and clients alike.  The Company now has two major shareholders, being Tim Johnstone and Colin Fulton.  Founding Directors Andrew Edwards and Robert Windsor, retired from the business in 2003 and 2005 respectively.

One of the major keys to the success of the Company has been to put the customers first, to ensure staff are well trained, and systems are in place so that even with growth in the Company, the personal contact with clients and customers is always maintained.

Edwards Windsor Real Estate is one of the largest real estate offices in our area, currently employing around 40 personnel.

Our company is Jenman Approved and follows the Real Estate Agency Management Program by the Pittard Group, which focuses on Ethics in Real Estate. We became a Jenman "Approved" agency in 2002.

Residential Asset Management

Managing in excess of 1,000 properties in the Greater Hobart area, our team of experienced property managers, together with support staff, provide owners and tenants alike with the services expected of a professional property management team.

Our business has grown steadily over the years, predominantly by word of mouth, as we aim to manage investment for the best possible return whilst keeping properties in premium repair and presentation.

We have the ability, enthusiasm and professionalism to ensure that investment returns are maximised while alleviating much of the onerous and sometimes unpleasant tasks associated with managing a rental property.

Commercial Sales & Leasing

Our Commercial Sales team list and sell all forms of property, from major CBD premises (retail, commercial and office), to industrial, development, shopping centres and investment properties. From major corporate institutions to local investors, all parties can benefit from local knowledge and having access to the resources of a national and international property company.

Commercial Asset Management

This service includes property management as well as the overall strategic planning of property assets. We offer a statewide service on behalf of property owners, as well as lessees. We have the largest portfolio of properties under management in Tasmania for private, institutional and corporate owners, and we specialise in Commercial (single properties to office blocks), Retail (single properties to shopping centres), Industrial and Corporate property.
