Our management and leasing team of experienced personnel will ensure consistent, reliable performance. The Commercial Asset Management team are experienced in managing large commercial buildings as well as retail centres.
Our Commercial Asset Management Department comprises six personnel, thereby ensuring an appropriate depth of skill and experience which can be brought to bear on any one project should it be required.
Our Commercial Asset Management Department operates 'NGP Next Generation Property'. This software system is arguably the best mid-size system available today, and is subject to regular enhancement, thereby offering total flexibility to satisfy the reporting requirements of owners and tenants.

Our up to date management services are statewide and we provide a comprehensive service with state of the art accounting and lease administration systems.
Presently managing in excess of 180,000 square metres of commercial property in the Hobart area as part of our portfolio, the Commercial Asset Management Department is totally committed to a state focus across each of the key property disciplines, and also focus on combining our sector strength in Commercial Asset Management with sales, leasing and valuations. National ties are maintained with other commercial real estate firms via our associations with CPN Australia and Cushman & Wakefield.
Our Commercial Asset Management Department provides an "end to end" service, including planning, leasing, budgeting, minor works project management, maintenance management and asset management, or we can tailor our service to suit an owner's particular requirements.

Quality Assurance is a system of procedures and actions which provide confidence to our clients and us that our services consistently fulfil the desired requirements.

The company continues to formulate detailed Policy & Procedure manuals, covering all aspects of our operations within each department. We undertake this exercise in order to set the standard, level and quality of service our team will consistently provide.
