In order to rent a property, you need to know what is available, as the residential rental market is constantly changing. We update our rental list daily to ensure the most recent information is available to tenants.

Renters Club

The Edwards Windsor Renters Club is specifically designed to help you find the property you need.  By completing the registration form below, you will receive guaranteed follow up service.

Registered Renters receive notification of new available properties, which meet their specified parameters.  Notification will be via email, facsimile, SMS to mobile phone, or telephone.

You can either submit your Renters Club registration form online, or return the form to our office at 131 Collins Street, Hobart.

Registrations will expire after 28 days.  However, if you wish to remain on the Renters Club after this time, please call our Rental Department on 6231 1544, and we will reactive your registration.

Appointments to View Properties

At Edwards Windsor we require prospective tenants to have inspected the property before making their application. To make an appointment to view a property, please ring our office 6231 1544 during our business hours:

Once you have inspected the property and are interested in applying for tenancy, the Asset Manager showing you through the property will be able to provide you with a copy of the Application Form, or click here. to download a copy (215 KB)

Tenancy Application - Process & Procedures

At Edwards Windsor we require a detailed Tenancy Application Form to be completed for all prospective tenants. Applications cannot be lodged on line, and should be forwarded with all requested attachments and completed information, to:

Once we have received your application, it will be processed within 2-3 working days and you will be advised of the outcome. The Application Form MUST be completed in full and you MUST supply a credit report, which you can obtain from Tasmanian Collection Service or the credit reporting agency in your State.

Our staff are always available to help you. If you have any questions or difficulties completing the Application Form, please ask our staff for assistance.

If you are a successful applicant, you will be required to sign a Lease, which will be for a mutually agreed period. You will need a Bond (equivalent of four times the weekly rent) plus two weeks rent in advance.
We do accept Bond Assistance Guarantees from Colony 47 for approved applicants.
