Our Personnel

Edwards Windsor Residential Asset Management comprises a team of eight staff members, fully trained and experienced and responsible for the management of 1,000 residential properties. We use a portfolio system of management, which means that one Asset Manager is responsible for all aspects in relation to the management of the properties entrusted to our care.

The team is lead by Colin Fulton, who has been with Edwards Windsor since 1996, and therefore has a wealth of experience.

Operating as a cohesive team ensures there is always someone to assist both owners and tenants.

At Edwards Windsor Real Estate, we operate a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week maintenance service.
