Michael Schofield

Residential Sales

Michael joined Edwards Windsor in 1998.  In a constantly changing industry, it is rare to see such loyalty to one Agency.

Michael’s extensive real estate knowledge and experience is invaluable to sellers, buyers and the Company, and his negotiation skills ensure he is able to secure the very best outcome for his clients.

     
Jane Hyland  

Jane Hyland

Residential Sales

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering
  • Postgraduate Qualifications – Accounting
  • Qualified Property Representative


Experience:

Jane joined Edwards Windsor in late 2011 as a Sales Consultant after resigning from her position in the Department of Treasury and Finance as the Director of the Office of the Tasmanian Economic  Regulator, a position she held for ten years.  Prior to that, she was involved in gaming regulation and managed the operational arm of the Tasmanian Gaming Commission.  Jane has also been a Weapons Electrical Engineer in the Royal Australian Navy and a member of the State Fire Commission.

In her role as Senior Sales Consultant, she has proven to be a very competent operator, achieving excellent results for her clients.

     
 

Scott Alexander

Manager, Commercial Asset Management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Land Economics
  • Graduate Certificate of Applied Finance
  • Qualified Property Representative


Experience: 
Scott joined Edwards Windsor in July 2017 as a key member of the Commercial Asset Management Department, and has since been promoted to Management of the Commercial team.

Scott has a wealth of knowledge and experience in his 20 year career in commercial asset management

Scott was previously employed with Coombes Property Group as its Senior Portfolio Manager, responsible for all major commercial and retail assets owned by the group in NSW.  Scott also held senior roles in property management with Charter Hall Group, CBRE, JLL and Chesterton International.

     
 

Trevor Fox

Commercial Sales & Leasing

Qualifications:

Experience:
Trevor arrived in Australia  in 2001.  After working previously as a tradesman for 15 years, 11 of which he was self-employed. Trevor began his real estate career with Edwards Windsor in 2003. Trevor had no experience in Commercial real estate when he started, but his dedication to the job and through rigorous training, Trevor is now a very successful Commercial Sales and Leasing Consultant. 

Trevor is very career orientated, and achieved a personal milestone in 2010 by becoming a Platinum Sales Badge recipient with the Pittard Training Group.   In 2007, Trevor was named the “Improver of the Year” at the Australasian Real Estate Awards.  Since then his performance has remained consistently at a high level, demonstrated by being awarded the REIT Commercial Sales Person of  the Year in 2009, 2010 and 2011.

     
 

Natalie Fulton

Residential Asset Management

Qualifications:

  • Diploma of Property
  • Licensed Real Estate Agent
  • Qualified Property Representative
  • Certificate IV Property Management

 

Experience:
Natalie commenced working with Edwards Windsor in 2000, and has since undertaken a variety of roles in Asset Management, including full time Portfolio Manager, and as a member of the Weekend Administration team.

Natalie has since moved into the roles of Senior Asset Manager and Client Relations Manager.  Natalie is able to give advice on all aspects of Residential Asset Management.

 

     
 

Leah Morse

Residential Asset Management

Qualifications:

Experience:
Leah has a strong background in property management, having been employed in the industry since 1990.

Leah commenced with Edwards Windsor in 1994 as Senior Assistant Property Manager, before moving into the roles of Senior Asset Manager and Client Relations Manager.  Leah is able to give advice on all aspects of Residential Asset Management.

     
 

Julie Drinkwater

Office Administrator

Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV - Business & Office Administration
  • Qualified Property Representative

 

Experience:
Julie joined Edwards Windsor in 1991, as a Commercial Sales Secretary, bringing to the role a strong administration and clerical background.

In 2001 Julie was appointed Office Administrator, with the day to day responsibility for the company’s Administration teams, systems and Information Technology; and the Residential Rental Trust Accounting.

     
 

Jennifer Newman

Financial Administrator

Experience:
Jennifer is an original employee of the Company, joining Edwards Windsor in 1984. 

As the Company has grown, Jennifer has gained experience in all areas of Administration from Reception through to Financial Administration.  Jennifer is responsible for the financial operations of Edwards Windsor.
