This newly renovated cottage will definitely give you a warm Hobart welcome. In a great location with a target clientele of families or two couples sharing, there are two Queen beds and one single bed (accommodating up to five guests). An extra single trundle bed is available upon request. Bathroom has a bath and separate shower.

The sun drenched backyard is a delight with plenty of room for the kids to pay (note: rear yard not fully enclosed) whilst the adults can sit back and relax and enjoy fantastic water views by day and city views by night.

There are two lounge areas for you to spread out. The downstairs lounge has a flat screen TV with a DVD player, gas heater, and a selection of books for you to enjoy. The chest coffee table opens to reveal some board games, jigsaw puzzles for the rainy weather. This is a comfortable space with soft leather lounges and a family feel.
The upstairs lounge is open planned with the kitchen and dining area boasting wonderful water views.

The kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays with a dishwasher for easy cleaning and all cooking needs provided for. A six person dining space off the kitchen is designed to highlight the water and city views while dining on beautiful local Tasmanian produce, easily picked up from the waterfront or the famous Hill Street Store – only 5 minutes walk away. One of Hobart’s most famous parks is also only a short stroll, known locally as the ‘Train Park’ children of all ages will enjoy playing here.

Off street parking is provided for up to two vehicles, (1x garage (small SUV only) & 1 space alongside house. There is also on street parking. There is a BBQ on the top deck, access is via the sliding doors from the kitchen/lounge.

This holiday property is a ‘home away from home’ where you can wind down, appreciate the simple life and still be within easy walking or driving distance to all of Hobart’s attractions. Fantastic value for money.
